Last month the actor had filed a case against her after she depicted herself on Washington Post as a domestic abuse victim. He has come out to deny these claims as well as sue her.
Amber in turn has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. she gave further gruesome details of the abuse she suffered.
She also said;
"I remember being afraid that Johnny might not know when to stop, and that he might kill me," she wrote.
Depp, she claimed, "would become a totally different person, often delusional and violent," adding, "We called that version of Johnny, 'the Monster.'"
